Why No Native APK on Play Store
Google Play policy 'Real-Money Gambling, Games, and Contests' (last updated June 2026) permits gambling apps only in 16 countries, and only when the developer holds a local regulator certification. Curacao licences are not on this whitelist for Canada. Apple App Store has a parallel policy under section 5.3 of the App Review Guidelines.
Sideloading: on Android you can install third-party APKs directly. However, downloading the Golisimo APK from any source outside the official site exposes you to repackaged binaries with embedded trackers. The operator does not officially publish a downloadable APK to discourage this risk.
On iOS, sideloading is not officially supported in Canada (the EU Digital Markets Act applies only to EU users). For iPhone users, the PWA is the only official path.
PWA Installation: Step by Step

Tested devices and cold-start times (PWA launch to lobby fully rendered, measured with Chrome DevTools and Safari Web Inspector on October 18, 2026):

Storage footprint after first session of slots browsing: 18 MB. After 30 minutes of live dealer play (which downloads video assets): 67 MB. After a full week of mixed use: cached around 110 MB, with auto-pruning of the oldest assets above the 150 MB ceiling.
